After interviewing over a hundred near-death experiencers on the AJ Parr Spiritual Journalist YouTube channel, I realized that many described feeling in touch with an “inner source of wisdom,” a sense of “being guided,” and a growing desire to “help others.” Most strikingly, they also reported various paranormal “NDE gifts,” including healing abilities, heightened empathy, premonitory visions, a direct connection with Divinity, and the faculty of seeing spirits, angels, or guides, among other aftereffects.

Over time, most of these NDErs became professional healers, spiritual coaches, Reiki practitioners, hypnotherapists, mediums, channelers, meditation instructors, or spiritual counselors. This led me to explore this phenomenon and create the NDE Gifted Healers Index, with the mission of helping you and bringing hope and wellness to the world.

AJ PARR is an internationally recognized Venezuelan journalist and Amazon bestselling author. His 1991 near-death experience (NDE) led him to study comparative religion for three decades, become an NDE investigative journalist, and publish over 20 books on spirituality and self-help.
